Submit a Ticket for Drop Off Service to start the process.
A team member will ask about the issues and suggest what needs to be done for the repair.
Our address is residential in the Gulf Cove community, so a time must be scheduled. We can not be responsible for items left at the door.
Your ticket will be updated with the results of the first diagnostics. A quote will be sent to you for approval if beyond the initial quoted price (verbal or written).
No service will be done unless authorized. The time / date for completion will be posted in the ticket system and when the job is completed you will be notified.
An invoice will be emailed to you with payment options. (All major cards accepted)
Payment is due before or at time of pickup.
