By subscribing to our website and hosting services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Overview
We provide a fully managed WordPress website package that includes:
- Website hosting and management
- One custom domain name (renewed annually)
- Two professional email accounts
- Technical support and maintenance
2. Subscription and Payment Terms
- The standard subscription rate is $29 per month for the first 24 months.
- After 24 months, the subscription automatically renews at $19 per month.
- Payments are billed monthly and must be kept current to maintain service.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
3. Term and Renewal
- The initial term of this agreement is 24 months.
- After 24 months, the service will continue automatically on a month-to-month basis at the reduced rate unless cancelled in writing by either party.
4. Cancellation and Termination
- Failure to maintain payments will result in immediate suspension and cancellation of your website, hosting, and email accounts.
- If your subscription is cancelled or terminated before the end of the term, your website and associated data may be permanently deleted.
- To avoid service interruption, please ensure payment information is up to date.
